Who we help

We help local small business owners, basically anybody who lives in a community and offers services. We only work with owners who are great at what they do and are looking to grow. More revenue and/or more locations. These businesses have all the core components needed to maximize revenue and growth. But they lack things like automation, systems, tools, and the necessary instruction to grow and market their services.

What do we do
We help these owners create " customer generating machines” — a business that  consistently generates new customers daily , with 1-2 core services, a simple technical set up, happy clients, and most important a stress free lifestyle. We do this through our two training programs: Blueprint and Ignite . Our goal is simple: Help owners increase profits, customer happiness while decreasing complexity, costs, and stress.

Our philosophy
"Customer generation machines" help local business grow so they can serve their communities. To achieve this balance, we follow a philosophy built on five core principles:

Our story
Part 1. Solve a problem
It started in 2010. when I (Eugene Hennie) quit my corporate job to do something else. I moved to south east Asia to live and work in Malaysia. I learned a great deal about marketing and actually understanding customer needs. I would chat with business owners 1-1, interview style and and discover what really concerned them. The most coming thing? Getting new customers. That when I realized, the ability to acquire new customers what a super power. So I set out to acquire that super power. 

Part 2. My 10,000 hours
I started learning. I learned the hard way. Read all the books, watched hundreds of hours of training, then spoke to dozens of business owners. Then I implemented what I learned. Starting with friends and family. Then speaking out local business owners. I started helping businesses get customers online with good websites, SEO, Google, TikTok, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and an email list.  My clients got results. I was learning from doing. 

Part 3. Doing first then teaching
I started a local service company, 2 six figure e-commerce brands.  I currently create customer attraction systems for over 150 local businesses across America and Canada. My daily tasks are strictly creating, testing, and launching new marketing systems to get more customers for less. Marketing, sales, and advertising are my life. 

My passion now is teaching others how to generate leads and customers. I spend part of my time creating courses, content, and coaching people on how to grow their business.
